I thought it would be helpful to put the solo and ensemble schedule and maps online for you prior to Saturday's event at Glenoak HS. This info was made available to the students on Jan. 5th when I received it from Glenoak. Hard copies of all documents have been available for students to pickup in the band room.
Reminders: We are still in need of a few chaperone time slots. Please see the previous Facebook post. No photography or video is permitted at solo and ensemble. Phones are to be kept in the home room. Phones should not be in the hallways or performance rooms. Students ARE permitted to have their phones with them in the cafeteria.
Report time is 6:30am for students riding the bus to Glenoak. I expect to be back to Louisville around 5:00pm for any student riding the bus back.
If your student will be driving or riding with someone else to or from Glenoak, they need to fill out a form and have it signed by a parent. This can be picked up in the band room.
