On Saturday, December 3, 2022 we will be having our annual Band Prom in Fellowship Hall at Paradise Church. This is a formal dance and is from 7pm-10pm. Tickets are $15.00 and will be available soon for purchase from our band council members. This is a voluntary event. Students do not need to have a date to attend.
On Sunday, December 4, 2022 the marching band (color guard included) will be performing for "Light Up Louisville". Students will meet at 5:30pm in the parking lot behind Paradise Church. We will be leading a short parade beginning at 5:45pm that will end with the lighting of the community Christmas tree. We will then march back to Paradise for dismissal. Students should dress in Christmas clothes, red and green, etc. Be creative and decorate your instruments and have fun bringing in the spirit of the holiday season! The band room will be open from 5:00-5:20pm for anyone needing to get their instrument. Eighth grade marchers and RG Drage students are encouraged to attend. Music will be distributed in class.
