Express yourself and make friends!Making music is a wonderful skill to discover and is the perfect creative outlet to explore with all of your friends. Band is so popular that our ensembles are the largest classes and organizations in the entire district! Band class is part of a student’s schedule, so lessons only occur during the school day.

Pick your instrumentAll you need to start the year is an instrument, and we will take care of the rest! Let us teach you how to play an instrument of your choice so that you can become a part of our special group! Choices are flute, clarinet, alto saxophone, trumpet, trombone, and percussion. Seventh Graders also have the opportunity to pursue oboe, bassoon, horn, baritone, and tuba.

I couldn't attend the parent meeting on March 22nd. Is it too late to sign up my student for band?It is not too late to enroll your student in a middle school band! View the rental meeting presentation to review any information you might have missed. Please do not hesitate to contact one of the band directors, and we will promptly address any questions or concerns you may have about enrolling your student in the band.

Scheduling
Please help inform the directors and LMS guidance department with your choice of whether or not to include band in your schedule by submitting the band contract. Fifth graders turn in your contract to your homeroom teacher. Current middle school students turn in their contracts to the middle school band office Contracts need to be submitted by Friday, March 24th. |
