Louisville High School Marching Band Showcase
Saturday, September 19, 2020 7:00pm Louisville Stadium Students will report to the HS band room in full uniform at 6:00pm. Equipment and other gear will be loaded at this time. We will depart for the stadium as a group at 6:30pm. The show will begin at 7:00pm. We will perform until approximately 7:45pm and at that time you will be dismissed from the stadium. If you would like pictures with family and friends inside the stadium and/or on the field, we will reserve approximately 30 minutes to do so once the performance ends. There is no need for a ticket and this is a free event. Spectators must conduct a symptom check before coming to Louisville Stadium and should not attend if experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19. Spectators may not sit in seats that are marked with caution tape. Spectators must wear a facial covering at all times. If you are planning on taking a few pictures, please wear your facial covering until just before the picture is taken. Once finished for the night, please exit the stadium. The band room will be available for students who need access after the performance. Thank you for following these guidelines, and we hope to see you on Saturday! Just a reminder from OHSAA... Senior Nights If your school chooses to have a ‘Senior Night’ celebration, please let the opposing team know ahead of time and ensure that student-athletes and parents/family members wear a face covering and maintain social distancing from others on the playing surface. There is a short window of time that will allow for an exception during which a photo can be taken of the student-athlete and their family members. Once the senior has been recognized, the family will need to exit the sidelines and follow all other gameday protocols. Please let your parents know they MUST wear a mask at all times, except at the moment after crossing the field when their picture will be taken. Immediately after the picture, they are to put their masks back on and exit the field to their seats. Thank you for your cooperation.
