We had a wonderful week at band camp! The students learned a good portion of the competition show and our full pregame routine. Many new friendships were made and we are off to an incredible start of our season and school year. It's pretty awesome for incoming freshman to have 125 friends on the first day of school!
Please remember band rehearsal this week is Monday-Thursday from 8am-noon. Students must provide their own water when we rehearse at school. There is no practice on Friday.
Band Pictures are scheduled for Thursday at 1:30pm. Students will be dismissed from rehearsal at noon and are to go home, have lunch, and return to the HS dressed in their uniforms. We will be taking formal full band picture and section pictures. Individual pictures are available too, but not required this year. Order forms will be distributed on Monday during rehearsal. Picture day should conclude by 3:30pm, though students may leave at any time after their section photos have been taken.
