Hoover HS has made a change to the performance schedule for large group contest. The symphonic band itinerary is revised. The concert band itinerary remains the same. See below for the updated itinerary.
Winter Concert is Thursday 2/21 at 7:00pm in the HS auditeria. Concert Band members report at 6:15pm and Symphonic Band members report at 6:30pm. All students should wear their concert uniforms.
Rick Black Photography will be on hand to take pictures of each group. Concert Band will be photographed right before the concert begins and Symphonic Band will be photographed at the end.
Concert is free and open to the public and should last approximately one hour.
Our band banquet has been on the calendar with a tentative date of Wednesday May 8th.
I am writing to let you know that we now have a CONFIRMED date of Monday May 6th. The band banquet will be held at the Hartville Kitchen. Doors will open at 6:00pm with the meal beginning at 6:30pm as in the past.
More details will be sent as the banquet approaches. I just wanted to be sure to communicate this date with everyone.
