Saturday December 2 will be our annual Band Prom in Fellowship Hall at Paradise Church. Band prom is formal dance and will be held from 7pm-10-pm. Tickets are $15.00 and will be available from members of the Band Council. This is a voluntary event. Students do not need to have a date to attend.
Sunday December 3, the marching band (color guard included) will be performing for "Light Up Louisville". Students will gather in the parking lot behind Paradise Church at 5:30pm. The band room will be open from 5:00-5:20pm for anyone who needs to pick up their instrument or equipment. We will be leading a short parade at 5:45pm to the community Christmas tree. Once the tree is lit, we'll return to Paradise Church. Students should dress in Christmas clothes, red and green etc. Be creative, decorate your instruments and have fun! Eighth grade marchers and RG Drage students are encouraged to attend. Music will be distributed in class.
