The band and color guard will be performing for "Light Up Louisville" on Sunday, December 5th. Students will meet in the parking lot behind Paradise UCC at 5:30pm. We will be leading a short parade beginning at 5:45pm from the church. Route will go through downtown, left on 44, left on East Gorgas, and left on Mill. We'll end at the green space where the tree will be lit. Once the tree lighting is complete, we will then march back to Paradise UCC for dismissal from there.
Students should dress in Christmas clothes, red and green, etc. Be creative and get in the spirit of the holiday season! Students are also encouraged to decorate their instruments.
The band room will be open from 5:00-5:20pm for anyone who needs to stop in to get their instrument.
