Take your time following along with the video and don't feel obligated to go at Erin's speed. If you feel more comfortable going at a slower or faster pace, go for it! I also highly recommend practicing the videos and poses in front of a large mirror so you can establish more body awareness and determine what are your bad habits (e.g., do you let your shoulders go up to your ears or are your hips incorrectly facing to the left or right instead of being square?).
