I hope this message finds everyone safe and ready to begin our season. There are a few reminders and changes that I would like to make everyone aware of.
Our band booster meeting scheduled for Monday July 20 will be held virtually. The meeting will be conducted via Google Meet, beginning at 7:00pm. The link to join is below.

Also, due to an estimated 3-4 week turnover for uniform cleaning, we will be postponing our uniform fitting nights. They will no longer be held on July 21-23. We are hoping to hold the fittings the week of August 17th. More info will be sent out about this once things are finalized.
The above also affects our band picture day. Band pictures will no longer be held on Aug. 5th. Pictures will be scheduled after fittings.
Make sure that your student reads and follows the guidelines that were previously sent out. Please read through them again prior to our first practice on Monday. Make sure that you have a flip folder and lyre for your instrument. These are available at any local music store.
Be sure you are signed up for the band REMIND. This is the primary method of communication in case of last minute changes or cancellations to practice.
Band camp will be held at school this year July 27-31. Schedule below:
8:00-11:30am-rehearsal (home for lunch)
1:00-3:00pm-rehearsal (home for rest/dinner etc.)
6:00-8:30pm-rehearsal
Lastly, please know that you will be informed of any schedule changes we may have as soon as possible...directly from me. I realize there are many rumors circulating about school, football season, band competitions etc. I will inform you of changes when and if they are made:)
