I hope that everyone had a nice Mother's Day. We are looking forward to the last few weeks of the school year and wish our graduating seniors well as they finish up their time at LHS in the coming days.
I have attached the itinerary for graduation to be held on Thursday, May 23rd at the Canton Civic Center. Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thank you to everyone who attended the band banquet last week. What a nice time we had celebrating the many successes of our band students!
Congratulations to our 8th grade band for earning a Superior rating at their Large Group performance on Friday night at Hoover HS. All of our large ensembles that participate in adjudicated events received Superior ratings this year!!! The marching band earned a I at State Finals, the Symphonic and Concert bands both earned I's at their Large Group contest, and now the 8th grade band earned a I at their performance. What an accomplishment! That is truly something to be proud of.
Please remember that Monday night is our next Dining for Disney event at BW3 in Alliance. See the attachment for details.
Speaking of Disney...remember that everyone must pay their $150.00 deposit for the trip by the last day of school on May 30. Money can be brought into the band office, or may be taken to Main Street Tours.
